Installation Steps In Picture

rear axle installation

First of all, please install the rear axle (X).
Insert the front bracket assembly into the car body square tube.
Insert the front bracket (V) assembly into the car body square tube.
In turn put the Φ10 washer and nut into the front bracket assembly.
In turn put the Φ10 washer (4) and nut (3) into the front bracket assembly.
Connect the motor wires.
Please connect the motor wires as shown in the figure.
 
Insert the steering lever into the steering motor hole.
Insert the steering lever (W) into the steering motor hole.
 
Make sure the steel sheet on the lever is stuck in the slot.
Make sure the steel sheet on the lever is stuck in the slot.
Turn over the car body again and insert the Φ10 washer on the steering lever.
Turn over the car body again and insert the Φ10 washer (4) on the steering lever.
After the steering lever is installed in place, insert the cotter pin to bend and fix it.
After the steering lever is installed in place, insert the cotter pin (5) to bend and fix it.
  
 
Turn the car body upside down, stuck the front bumper into the car and fix with M4*12 screws.
Turn the car body upside down, stuck the front bumper (G) into the car and fix with M4*12 screws (1).
  
 
Turn the car into upright position, clip the rear bumper into the body and fix with M4*12 screws.
Turn the car into upright position, clip the rear bumper (R) into the body and fix with M4*12 screws (1).
 
 
Turn over the car body again, clip the rear support into the body and fix with M4*12 screws.
Turn over the car body again, clip the rear support (S) into the body and fix with M4*12 screws (1).
 
 
Clip the rear fenders (L/R) into the body and fix with the M4*12 screws.
Clip the rear fenders (L/R) (T) into the body and fix with the M4*12 screws (1).
 
Turn the car body upright, clip the seat support into the body and fix with the M4*12 screws.
Turn the car body upright, clip the seat support into the body and fix with the M4*12 screws.
Turn over the car body again and install the rear wheels.
Turn over the car body again and install the rear wheels. 
 
Put the rear motor into the rear axle, and stuck the motor into the body slot.
Put the rear motor (N) into the rear axle, and stuck the motor into the body slot.
Put the battery into the battery card slot and cover the battery cover and fix with screws.
Put the battery into the battery card slot and cover the battery cover and fix with screws.
Please connect the wires under the seat.
Please connect the wires under the seat.
 
Fix the steering wheel, mirror and searchlight.

Attach the steering wheel (E):

  • Remove the nut and bolt from the steering wheel;

  • Connect the wires coming from the steeing column to the wires on the steering wheel ;

  • Insert the steering wheel over the steering and secure with nut and bolt.

Fix the mirror (D):

  • Stuck the mirror (L/R) into the car.

Fix the searchlight (I):

  • Butt and fix the tailstock (H) with the searchlight.

  • Use M4*12 screws (1) to fix the inside of the two butted brackets and snap them into the car.

 

    Fix the windshield and seat.

    Fix the windshield (F):
    • Stuck the windshield into the corresponding slot on the car body.
    Fix the seat:
    • Insert the upper seat cover (J) into the lower seat cover (K).
    • Stuck the seat buckle into the vehicle slot.
    • Fix with screws (1).

     

      Fix the shovel.

      Stuck the shovel into the car body slot.
